Your Profile:
Education
- Grade 12 or equivalent working experience Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing process
- Familiar with various machines/equipment in the automotive industry
- Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control and IATF 16949/ISO14001 requirements
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and company policies
- Area of specialty in welding, die setting, skill trades or quality an asset
- Knowledge of all related procedures Skills (language, technical, computer etc.)
- Good communication skill, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide and direct employees in day to day activities
- Completion of Basic training modules (15) as required
- Completion of Leadership training modules (12) as required
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Some mathematical aptitude
- Works effectively in a team based environment
- Some exposure to computer systems an asset
- Crane, Lift Truck, HMS, Decoiler, Feeder, Press, Conveyor trained
- Area of specialty i.
