- Will be responsible for managing access to and controlling entry to the centralized Subcontracts department's records, data, and statistics.
- Collaborating closely with the Subcontracts Manager to support all aspects of the department.
- Developing expertise in contractual issues to provide effective administration of subcontracts agreements, from templates to billing.
- Ensuring billing accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- You have a strong work ethic, positive 'ready to learn' attitude and attention to detail.
- You have critical thinking skills, assertiveness, analytical ability, and persistence.
- You have strong reporting skills and the ability to maintain a firm grasp of the day-to-day critical occurrences.
- Prior experience with Excel and purchasing is required.
- Experience working in a construction environment and knowledge of construction processes will be considered an asset.
