Salary:
$26-$30/hr, dependent on experience


Hours:40-55 hours a week


Benefits:

Available to employees after probationary period, RRSP matching


Responsibilities

  • Drive to job sites and operate the stone slinger
  • Operate slinger and spread material to minimize manual labour and increase efficiency on job sites
  • Delivering materials such as mulch, topsoil and gravel
  • Some general labour duties on job sites such as shovelling
  • Required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Comply with all company health and safety guidelines
  • Responsible for own transportation to shop
  • Responsible to provide own CSA approve safety boots
  • Other duties will be assigned as required

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3 years of previous DZ driving experience required
  • Must be comfortable driving standard transmission
  • DZ license required
  • Must be safety conscious
  • Excellent team player
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must be punctual and personable
  • Must obtain WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety training

Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour
