Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline, and two years of related experience in areas such as professional sales management, including the design and delivery of professional services, sales programs or other long cycle sales programs in industry and post-secondary work environments, and working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Excellent knowledge of Senatemandated policy and principles regarding admission, registration, financial aid and awards, and academic requirements.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of complex admission requirements and admission policies, effective interviewing techniques and comprehensive knowledge of the number of graduate offerings.
Excellent knowledge of high touch sales methods and strong influencing skills.
Excellent strategic planning skills, including skills in the development of multiyear comprehensive sales strategies.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Excellent marketing skills, and aptitude for business development and sales.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with cross functional teams within SFU.
Ability to assess the educational needs of the business community and develop/implement sales programs accordingly.
Ability to independently set and accomplish goals, establish priorities and meet deadlines with mínimal direction.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment exercising mature judgment and a high level of diplomacy and discretion.
