Project Coordinator - Vancouver, Canada - CEFA Early Learning
Description
We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team and cross functional teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes for projects.
You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling, following up with project stakeholders, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation, communications, and creating and distributing monthly reports.
A key function of this role is the support and administration of Marketing projects, with a focus on our online store, and distribution systems for uniforms.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as you'll collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with external partners along with internal and cross functional team members to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal and external teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that functional and cross functional project needs are met as projects evolve
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with functional leads to eliminate blockers
- Use project management platforms to monitor and communicate critical paths, overall timelines, delays, and RACI.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and stepbystep action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
- Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge and handson experience with project management tools (Asana and Trello)

From $51,000.00 per year
