Broker Engagement Learning Partner


The Broker Engagement Learning Partner is responsible for implementing Gore's broker learning strategy, including design of product catalogue, curriculum design, delivery methodology and learning management system.

Ensures strategy aligns with Gore Financial Plan and course design and format cater to end users' needs to enable growth and achievement of business plan goals.

Top priority in 2023 is executing on Gore's ambitious Broker Learning Strategy with a focus on Commercial Lines.


What will you do?
-
Establish a roadmap and timelines for planned releases, along with outline of broker learning activities required, and optimal delivery format (i.e., live webinar, recorded modules, in person sessions)

  • Work with Broker Enablement Specialist team to create a delivery plan including timelines.
  • Include Train the Trainer Plan to prepare any relevant broker trainers to deliver learning modules.
  • Design the overall learning experiences based on expectations and learner needs and preferences, such as format, location, size, available tools, etc.
  • Work with and help to manage learning management system (LMS) platforms to manage broker enrollment, industry accreditation, single sign on access, and measurement of key user metrics.
  • Establish knowledge evaluation criteria to assist in defining success.
  • Update archive of learning assets as required due to coverage or process changes.
  • Continuous refinement and update of catalogue, presentation, and delivery methods to drive optimal adoption and target growth.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in related field of Adult Learning & Training Design

  • Mastery of Power Point & presentation design
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Preferences & Effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Absorb or another similar LMS platform
  • Ability to synthesize and organize content and translate into a learning module
  • Strong collaboration & communication skills
  • Required Community College degree.
  • Preferred, Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing.
  • Preferred, Training or Adult Learning & Design Certification
This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but also regular in-person meetings are expected (Once a month) in our - Cambridge Office location, 252 Dundas Street North
