JOB OVERVIEW:


Reporting to the Director, Quality, the The Quality Clerk is responsible for updating all 1700+ Standard Practice Instructions with the new HPS Logo and updated ISO 9001:2015 referenced clauses.

This position will be for a contract of 1 month.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Update all SPIs by replacing the existing HPS logo with the new logo that was introduced in 202
  • Update the remaining ISO 9001:2008 clauses with the crossreferenced ISO 9001:2015 clauses.
  • Correct any grammatical errors or formatting errors.

Do you qualify? We are seeking:

  • College or University graduate
  • 12 Years of Data Entry experience
  • Familiarity of

ISO:
an asset

  • Attention to detail is required
  • Must have good communications skills
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly MS Word
