Who is Native Shoes looking for?

With Native Shoes, the world is your oyster. On our lean Marketing team, your work will directly impact the success of the company. You will get to evolve our Social Media presence, helping us to launch on new platforms like TikTok.


What would I be responsible for?

  • Developing social content across videofirst platforms such as TikTok and Instagram that build our digital presence, drive engagement, and tell our brand story in a culturally relevant way
  • Working with our Creative Team and inhouse photographer to create socialfirst content for evergreen and seasonal campaigns assisting with art direction and execution when needed
  • Creating, managing, and executing Social Media content calendar (including copy) in alignment with the Native Shoes marketing calendar
  • Leading social community management strategy, working with our Customer Experience team to ensure regular coverage and a consistent brand experience across channels
  • Leading influencer strategy and execution working to find and build relationships with creators, managing budgets, and writing briefs for seasonal influencer campaigns
  • Monitoring, researching, and staying ahead of industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments to push our social media efforts forward
  • Creating monthly reports to track social KPIs to ensure that the content being shared is meeting goals of audience growth and engagement
  • Managing all brand digital assets and being the source for the Native Shoes content library
  • Coordinating all sample orders and shipping for influencer marketing campaigns and other marketing team requirements

Qualifications:


  • 45 years of Social Media experience, working for a consumer brand or at an agency working on consumer products
  • Strong understanding of the Social Media landscape, specifically Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
  • Experience working with Influencers you know how to find and engage the right influencers, write briefs, and negotiate terms
  • Able to create Reels and TikToks on your phone smoothly; you're familiar with video editing tools and comfortable both directing people and being in front of the camera yourself
  • Highly organized, selfstarter with copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for what you do you're creative and resultsoriented and love that Social Media is at the intersection of both. You're a wordsmith that's able to capture the brand's voice, and have a trained eye that can identify when things are on/off brand
  • Understanding of Social Media KPI's and metrics, and how to use them to inform strategy
