The Role

Our
Edmonton
- South location is currently seeking a Parts Clerk to join our growing team As the Parts Clerk, you will focus on inventory / parts control and executing shop administrative tasks.

In this role, you will need to have extraordinary time management and organizational skills and strive to ensure total customer satisfaction before you end your day.

What you will be doing

Ordering, receiving, reallocating, and returning of parts
Assist and advise customers and supporting departments with locating and quoting required parts for repair orders
Prepare and track work orders
Records and inventory management

To be successful in this role, you ideally

Have some administrative and/or clerical background. No parts experience is required for this position
Are a quick learner with intermediate computer skills
Have your high school diploma or GED equivalent
Have a proactive approach to problem solving
Have exceptional customer service etiquette
Can lift heavy (up to 50 lbs) parts 3060% of the time
Are highly organized and able to prioritize competing demands
Have a strong work ethic, and the ability to use time efficiently
Have strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy for data entry
