Job description:

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our
Information Systems & Digital team in
Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
Technical Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Work with the team on identifying, documenting, and tracking all activities driving towards delivery of full integration of partner systems
Responsible for helping the team to identify and then manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and due dates across all integrations
Manage removing impediments for the team, e.g., schedule conflicts, cultural barriers, external interference
Responsible for scheduling and facilitating discussions and followups between the primary and partnering systems
Responsible for tracking and reporting the status of the integration activities
Support the Scrum Master and Product Owner in running appropriate Agile and SAFe Ceremonies (standups, demos, backlog refinement, retros, PI Planning, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager driving delivery of sophisticated, enterpriselevel solutions involving external and internal teams and partners in a global organization
Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects delivering complex integration and migration work
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and project tasking tools (i.e. JIRA, Miro, LucidCharts, Smartsheets, etc.)
Strong ability to successfully negotiate timelines with no disruption to delivery of business value
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
