Reports To:

Associate Director, Customer Care


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries
  • Contact tenants for payment reminders and other related duties
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend team meetings and provide input for the sales and customer support strategies
  • Assist with other related duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing/Communications or related field
  • Previous experience in administration or customer support preferred, but not required
  • Organized and detailoriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
