:Reports To:
Associate Director, Customer Care
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries
- Contact tenants for payment reminders and other related duties
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend team meetings and provide input for the sales and customer support strategies
- Assist with other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing/Communications or related field
- Previous experience in administration or customer support preferred, but not required
- Organized and detailoriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
