• Leading the company to expand its operations into new areas across NB by optimizing sales strategies that increased market share and brand recognition which ensured profitability and long term sustainability.

• Led the planning and construction of 9 skyscrapers and monitoring to meet the project goals and timelines.
• Optimized production processes by setting the machines to the standard midranges that resulted in 12% reduction in the total manufacturing costs, 5% reduction in waste and 20% productivity increase.

• Provided 3 Yrs. of org. strategies for moving the hospital from Acute tertiary care to complete functional medicine healthcare including IMC expansion and new medical school, hospitals, and satellite clinics.
• Led a team of 700 employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, which improved employee retention by 25%.
• Participated effectively in the external audits from JCI, AHSI, CBAHI, and the integration with Mayo Clinic.

• Led contract negotiations and secure favorable terms that support win-win outcomes for IMC and Perkins and Eastman - USA to design the new medical school and this started from having the right (RFP) in place. • Supervised the hospital operations and delivered the savings of $10 Million per year due to the new sourcing plans and contracts with new suppliers.

• Developed UGDC Mission, Vision, and Strategy that ensured the desired ROI of Human Capital is happening.

• Hired 100% of the top qualified people by attracting the right talents to the right place at the right time.
• Developed 3 years of HCM strategic plans for Methanex Egypt in the context of global Methanex targets.
• Created a competitive salary structure using the Hay system and in line with the corporate system (Canada).
• Led the development of HCM policies and procedures in line with Methanex Corporate policies (Canada).

• Led the plant being the benchmarking in the external audits in HS&E, Fire Protection, Envir., Medical, Control Self-Assessment, Capital and achieve 100% in the Quality Assurance audits 3 times in a row.
• Led the roll out and qualifications of the cost savings projects of both machines and raw/packing materials with total saving of $20 Million per year.
• Received the P&G Excellence Award due to Light off Operations for the Jeddah plant utilities and offline facilities.
• Hired 200 managers, technicians and staff in less than 9 months as part of the recruiting master plan to support building the new plant in Egypt with a total capital investment of $350 Million.
• Launched the talent development program that is the benchmark within P&G sites regionally and globally.
• Modified the salary ranges of P&G’s managers, staff, and technicians covering the 960 employees which is the most professional and productive since the plant start-up in 1984.
• Led the company to restructure using the organization performance Model (OPM) by David Hanaa supporting the current and future business plans regionally and locally.
• Delivered the 10 years of organization succession plans of senior managers from Egypt plant to P& Globally since Egypt is known as the number one talent export in EMEA Region.
