• A Professional Engineer (Ontario- Canada) with over 25 years in management, engineering, construction, design, design review and supervision of infrastructure projects such as but not limited to, transportation projects, roads, highways, municipal water distribution networks, storm & wastewater sewers, water & wastewater treatment plants as well as reinforced concrete projects.

• Vast experience in preparation of EPC/PC projects tender documents, involved in all tender stages starting from the investigation & studies thru preparing concept, preliminary and detailed design services.

• Extensive experience in bid evaluation, change management and managing scope change, Provide PSRs including cost forecast, measure project performance and progress using EVM.

• Outstanding knowledge in managing infrastructure projects that serves new developments with a wide experience in prioritizing multiple activities to optimizing their outcome to the developer interest.

• Managing the contract of different projects under pressure and met schedule and budget commitments in a safe, timely, standardized and cost-effective manner. Thorough knowledge of the theories, standards, procedures, principles and practices of engineering, construction, contract and office administration.

• Remarkable performance in reports writing, delivering presentation with great interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge in construction techniques, with proven capability in problem solving, site inspection with keeping safety as top priority in the working environment.

• Excellent communication skills with high capacity to work in a multicultural environment supported by demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues, consultants, clients, contractors, and various authorities’ representatives.
