I am currently enrolled in Mohawk College, in a 2yr diploma in Computer Systems Network Technician program.   I am skilled in troubleshooting and repair of network and connectivity issues and am adept at installing and configuring computer operating systems. I also have good knowledge of HTML/ CSS, CGI, virtual machines, and TCP/ IP.

• Perform access control provision duties, verify visitors coming on-site and parking enforcement. Dispatch duties via radio communication accepting all radio calls, emergencies and coordinate with 911 dispatch when needed.
• Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
• Escort contractors and visitors to their destination.
• Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
• Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.
• Investigate incidents of trespassers along fence perimeters and property. Deter trespassers from the property.
• Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
• Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response.
• Activate and de-activate access badges and provide temporary badges and hot work permits to contractors when needed.
• Perform foot patrols inside and outside the facility, including offices, external grounds, fence perimeters, hangars, engineering bays etc.
• Issue parking tickets when visitors violate parking lot rules and policies.
