I have completed a Master in Business Economics with a specialisation in Human Resource Management, focusing on labour economics, which helps me in dealing with Human Resource Development. My experience working in the HRD Division improved my identified knowledge related to selecting candidates required for various training programmes in solar energy, wind energy, hydropower and other renewable energy. I possess all of the skills required for working with human resources in order to select candidates for various training programs. My qualifications, along with experience of 7.5 years with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, make me an ideal and experienced candidate in human resources, administrative, and financial roles . I have strengthened my proposal for releasing scholars from the Government of India and their payments for various renewable energy training programs.I also organized the roll competency training on PFSMS for all staff joining from 2017 to 2021.
