Throughout my professional experience, I have gained valuable skills and expertise in customer service and sales. As a Kitchen Helper at Thai Express, I successfully managed point-of-sale operations, collaborated with chefs to prepare and package food, and ensured a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. In my role as a Sales Associate at Pull&Bear, I excelled in delivering exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. At H&M, as a Sales Operator, I provided top-notch guest services, assisted customers in product selection, and contributed to a clean and organized store. Overall, my experience reflects my dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences, handling transactions with precision, and working collaboratively to achieve sales goals.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance at York University in Toronto, Canada. This program has been instrumental in equipping me with a sense of understanding different industries. It has taught me the importance of customer service and brand loyalty as well.
