• Collaborated with faculty members on research projects. Was accredited for one such project that involved modifying legacy FORTRAN code for a new use case 
• Designed the UI/UX for the new dept. website. Created custom content update pages so that stakeholders(faculty, staff, admin, etc) could easily maintain their content on the website
• Web administrator (including content creation & management) for the dept. website
  Assisted Dept. faculty with all research and documentation tasks in a major curriculum redesign
• Organized seminars and workshops as part of extra-curricular knowledge building activities

Belsoft Bilisim Sistemleri Ltd, Gaziantep (Turkey)    

• Worked on a meter management and customer billing system designed for local water municipality offices, built as a .NET web app (ASP/C#/Entity Framework/WCF/IIS/Oracle/ TortoiseSVN).
• Full stack responsibilities, from HTML to SQL.
• Created a custom in-app document viewer for Word, Excel, PDF and image files that worked across all browsers without any additional client software.

Technical Project Co-ordinator (Internship)  |  Feb 2006 - September 2006 (6 months)

British American Tobacco Bangladesh, Dhaka (Bangladesh)

• Coordinated and documented the “B&H Ampulse” project, an offline Adobe Flash based app available through arcade-style kiosks at various popular eateries around Dhaka city.
• Created business requirement docs in Word/Excel, UI requirements in Photoshop/Illustrator, progress report presentations in PowerPoint. Worked with the external advertising and IT agencies to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated and implemented.
• Regularly visited partner restaurants to run on-site tests, get partner feedback, and conduct customer surveys.
