  • Inventory Management : Maintain optimal inventory levels for all materials. Ensure efficient warehouse operations and inventory control. Reconcile inventory data systems.
  • Inventory Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular inventory reports. Monitor inventory and production plans on various timeframes. Participate in configuring material planning data for new products.
  • End to End Shipments : Take ownership of shipments from preparation to delivery. Schedule international shipments for on-time performance. Ensure accuracy and integrity in incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Team Management : Lead and support a high-performing team. Assign and oversee daily tasks, including inventory and materials management. Conduct goal setting, reviews, training, and performance management for warehouse staff.
  • Inventory Control Activities and Continuous Improvement : Manage material disposal and inventory rescue processes. Execute physical inventory strategies, including cyclical counts. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, recommend technological improvements, and optimize materials placement for increased productivity.
