I am now volunteering in SHN and about to end my studies. I like cooking, dancing and helping people in my community.

Bedayat- Visa and Tourism Company - Visa Application and other documents controller
● I used to prepare all clients' visas and other documents needed for issuing visas, giving instructions on other
necessary documents for the visa, like (picture size, time processing for the visa issuing, flight bookings etc). I used
to receive incoming calls from clients and also interact with them in person. This is using data sources like adobe
acrobat for pdf applications or using Excel to list out Date of stays or travels of one client or all the adult’s and
parent’s travel within a family. Therefore, I am experienced in working with those databases like Excel, Word,
Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint slides.

RPM Home team - Contractor
● I used to give information on the services of the company that I was working at, like attic insulation and other attic
cleaning services to clients. It was door to door service, and I used to take leads by filling interested clients
information and their house attic details (like measurements). Hence, I gained communication skills with different
types of people that I have gone through and came to know a lot of personalities in my work period.

Walmart- Sales Associate
● I was working as an associate for short-term and was performing tasks such as helping customers check prices and
leading them to the right place where they could find their products. Moreover, stocking and rearranging products
on shelves.

Queen’s University, Kingston- Undergraduate
● I attended Queen’s for 2.5 years as a transfer student and started the same program there as a third year.
