I then transitioned into the advertising and marketing space, where I honed my skills in storytelling, visual design, and agile program development. Most recently, as the Principal Consultant at CognitiveEdge Learning, I've led transformative projects for nonprofits, luxury brands, and startups—developing tailored onboarding, leadership, and technical training programs that drive performance and growth. My experience spans developing comprehensive curricula, launching knowledge management platforms, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational success.

I hold both a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Economics, where I built a strong foundation in adult education and organizational development.
