He earned his PhD in Environmental Science in 2015 from a U.S. Atlantic international University, following an MSc in Forestry from  Nanjing Forestry University. China (2010) and an HND in Forestry from Michael  college of Agric  . Nigeria (1990) .

He has over three decades of public service in Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Environment, Forestry Department, starting from around 1984 .
