PRHP is a partnership between ACCIONA and SAMSUNG as the main civil Contractor at Site C

Project in BC, Canada

  • Leading and collaborating with construction teams, field engineers, and drafters with coordination sketches for Earthfill Dam in different construction seasons from conceptual design through preliminary and final design, engineering, and construction.
  • Acting as a technical resource and preparing technical method statement, financial and contractual documents.
  • Attend progress meetings, discuss, and suggest technical proposals and advice regarding IFC drawings, construction implementation plan, and progress report to support contractual matters. 
  • Supervise the work on site, identify construction issues and liaise the resolution, and organize assist field construction QA team, review of as-built drawing.
  • Instrumentation monitoring under Dam Safety Guidelines and Regulation.
  • Providing Dam Inspection Report based on Operation, Maintenance and Surveillance (OMS) plan to mitigate the Dam Safety risk associated with the operational, construction and decommissioning phases.

Education

  • P. Eng. from Engineers and Geoscientists BC (Licence # 57855).
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2012.
  • Master’s degree in civil engineering.
