Currently pursuing a master’s degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in technology management and innovation at Polytechnique Montréal, I am seeking an opportunity to leverage my skills and professional experience. Throughout my career, I have held various positions that have allowed me to develop a solid expertise in IT project management, most notably as a project manager at Sodexo. In this role, I managed IT projects, coordinated external suppliers at both national and international levels, and led external project teams. I also liaised inter-departmentally with suppliers and oversaw the management of COREBUSINESS applications. My responsibilities included gathering and analyzing requirements, proposing solutions, preparing technical and functional specifications, as well as managing testing processes and implementing new solutions.

In addition to my IT project management experience, I have a strong background in computer science and fintech, having earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a specialization in fintech. This education, combined with my professional experience, has provided me with an in-depth understanding of technological and financial challenges, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop algorithms for evaluating and predicting customer behaviors.

Furthermore, my experience as a web editor and designer at Proxym IT has equipped me with skills in content creation, press release writing, and web design, which have helped me develop a keen eye for detail and visual communication.
