Experience

Software Analyst: Bell Canada 05/2022 – Present
- Troubleshoot software issues and identify the root causes.
- Perform software deployment.
- Maintain, manage and modify software systems and applications.
- Participating in the on-call system to ensure our solutions are operational around the clock.
- Creating and maintaining technical and operational documents.
- Build scripts which automate repetitive tasks.
- Participate in the design and implementation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Monitor and control the flow of data, Ensure it is handled, transferred and processed accordingly.
 

 

Cloud technical support: OVHcloud service provider 07/2021 – 05/2022
- Assist customers dealing and understanding OVHcloud infrastructure: VMs, Dedicated servers and Cloud computing.
- Assist customers with various types of technical issues via tickets, live chat and telephone.
- Troubleshot hardware and network issues and provide solutions.
- Analytical/Problem solving ability – ability to quickly evaluate customer incidents and/or requests.
