Aleah Jacobson

I have been working since I was in my preteens, from shoveling snow to babysitting. As a teenager and young adult it grew and became jobs as a camp counselor, sales associate, cashier, nanny and an intern at CTV News. 

I have plenty of experience learning new roles and requirements for the positions I'm in and plenty of experience working with people and handling clients; both the good and the bad. All these roles have made me a skilled communicator, very organized, patient and deadline orientated.

I studied Broadcast Media at Mount Royal University where I learned anything and everything related to media. Website creation, writing and editing as well as social media content creation and management. I learned how to operate a radio station both on the mic and off of the mic. Film and TV production from news to entertainment. 

There were many projects that had me hone in my writing, communication, people management, directing, camera/lighting/audio work and editing skills. 

I especially spent a lot of time writing and editing audio and video pieces as that's where I got the most enjoyment.
