Experience

Assist and engage with community members with any services and programs that they need. These include infant to the most mature with over 30 programs throughout the year. Assist day-to-day operations by completing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents, and managing schedules. Strong presentation, negotiation skills, a relationship builder with the ability to build rapport and engage consumers effectively in face-to-face interactions, chat, or through e-mail. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting and selling to consumers and stakeholders through online sales channels and websites.
