About Alessandro Boni:
Hello, my name is Alessandro Boni. I am a very passionate hard working individual with a very long love story with food, starting at home with my mom in the kitchen. I have been in some sort of role in the food service business since I was 14 years old. From a dishwasher to executive chef. I have participated in opening both successful restaurants and banquet facilities and have also taken over existing roles as I have a strong ability to both assimilate into or implement operating procedures wherever needed. I have extensive knowledge of various kitchen equipment ranging from coffee makers to Alto-shaam ovens and everything in between. I am loyal and trustworthy as I have never jumped from job to job trying to find the perfect match, I believe that the person makes the job as fun or as miserable as they want it, as is life. I am always learning and perfecting my skills as a chef as I believe that you can always improve. I have worked with many talented people over my career and have tried to absorb as much knowledge from them as possible. I learn from my mistakes and improve where and when I can, so as not to repeat those mistakes albeit not many. Thank you for your consideration.
