In my current role as Director of Technical Services at AlayaCare, I led multimillion-dollar healthcare IT projects, scaling the team by 275% and increasing utilization from 36% to 97%. I established project governance frameworks, managed vendor contracts, and introduced automation and AI-readiness strategies that drove measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer adoption. Prior to that, as Sr. Manager of Fintech & IS Operations at SE Health, I oversaw healthcare IT systems, risk management, and vendor governance, ensuring compliance with health information privacy regulations while orchestrating rapid technology scaling during COVID-19.
