I have managed Digital Transformation and IT Transformation for Banks and Technology Companies in the US, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Liberia, India and Mongolia.  I have worked with large global, regional and single-office organizations. I have worked in countries that have fluent English, adequate English and no English. Across all these, I can drive change and implement a digital and technology strategy.  I have managed teams as large as 500 people during my tenure.

With 36 years of experience, garnered across eight countries, I represent skills in all forms of complex technology and digital management. I have worked in CXO title roles, as Chief Information Officer of financial institutions as well as technology companies; and as Chief Operating Officer of software products/services companies. I have managed the articulation, delivery and transformation associated with digital strategy for organizations.
 

My passion and association with technology spans my career. Employers leverage my considerable international
experience and my comfort with change to meet global corporate objectives. I drive the digital agenda through internal and external developers and continuous transformation. I can conceptualize and change the customer technology experience from every point of connect across every channel. My core competence is building a coherent digital and technology strategy and then driving the projects and changes that are necessary to implement it. I relate business drivers to the underlying technology and existing framework to identify the long- and short-term changes.
 

Experience with start-up, small and mature organizations allows me to guide transformation towards maturity in stages, through addition of necessary process and training components based on the size and scale of the organization.
