I am an experienced Front of House Supervisor and media professional with a strong background in customer service and creative content production. At Mirvish Productions, I manage the Front of House sales reporting, invoicing, POS system troubleshooting, payroll support, staff coordination, and guest services, while ensuring smooth show operations and high-quality patron experiences. Alongside this, I work as a freelance media creator, producing engaging photo and video content, managing social media accounts, designing graphics, writing captions, and handling client invoicing, combining strong organizational skills with creativity and digital communication expertise.
