I was a sales representative for a cosmetic company, which meant that I was well educated on the products we sold. I was trained bi-weekly on the specifications of our products and I took customer service training annually. I have also been a barista in my hometown and loved making coffee for the locals and knew their orders by heart. Recently, I left to study in Russia and had to come back because of COVID-19.
