I have been in the customer service industry for about 5 years. I have been a barista and a sales representative for a cosmetic company. I am passionate about making good connections with people and I have excellent communication skills. I am fluent in English, Farsi, Azari, Turkish, and Russian. 

I was a sales representative for a cosmetic company, which meant that I was well educated on the products we sold. I was trained bi-weekly on the specifications of our products and I took customer service training annually. I have also been a barista in my hometown and loved making coffee for the locals and knew their orders by heart. Recently, I left to study in Russia and had to come back because of COVID-19. My time in Russia taught me how to speak the language and I also worked as an interpreter for a company.
