About Alisha Sharma:
My name is Alisha Sharma and I have 5 years of Food industry experience including Food Safety and Quality Assurance. I am a certified Canadian HACCP professional and certified BRCGS Lead Auditor, with strong experience in HACCP plans, Pre-requisite programs, CFIA regulations, training QA staff including other departments with 150+ employees for GMP's and personal hygiene practices, dealing with customer complaints and other regulatory requirements with specialisation in Meat industry.
Experience
- Developed 100+ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and 20+ experiments design using MS Visio and Draw.io application.
- Performed daily quality assessment of 10+ food products as per specifications and customer requirements. (Industrial level)
- Prepared task for Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Compliance Verification System (CVS) and provided onsite demonstration (Meat Processing Inspector on-site).
- Performed investigation for product credit, complaints and returns using the fish borne diagram and 5 Why’s technique.
- Used SharePoint access to communicate the KPIs and maintained the policies and audits accordingly on corporate level.
- Conducted daily and monthly hurdle/ minute meetings with the Vice-president, departmental managers, and HACCP team members, also provided subject matter expertise across various departments and plant locations.
- Performed and conducted Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) audits (Internal HACCP Auditor) and risk-based analysis and risk assessment to the plans quarterly by achieving above 97% consistently for third party audits. (ex. BRC, NSF, SQF audits)
- Developed, implemented, and maintained the HACCP plan and pre-requisite programs and policies as per the requirements annually and used TRELLO to keep up to the tasks.
