I specialize in helping organizations implement electronic health records and successfully adopt new digital health systems.

My combined clinical background and project management leadership experience enable me to lead readiness assessments, facilitate complex stakeholder engagement, support change management, design and document future-state workflows, and guide teams through training, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.
