  • Launched the first edition of "Culture's Compass": a 2-day virtual event exploring how the arts and culture industry kept beating during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic; impacting 500+ attendees.
  • Created a projected budget and tracked all project expenses and revenues. Generated payment slips and invoices for a total of 26 participants between guest speakers, panellists and artists involved in the conference. Managed a budget of $20k+
