I have 2 years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. I was employed at the Clark Marriott Hotel in the Philippines as a Front Office Agent, which enhanced my ability to offer inclusive customer service and excel at managing hotel front office operations. I am skilled in various property management systems, such as OPERA, GXP, etc.  With this background, I can easily navigate through different PMS and other Windows applications.  I developed a comprehensive skill set that aligns well with the requirements of this position. I managed guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handled reservation inquiries, and resolved issues promptly, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

After months of hard work and perseverance, I became a Guest Experience Expert. In my role, I often face guests with time-sensitive concerns. I also lead the extensive training for our junior agents in front desk and room control tasks. I usually partake in career development activities; I have been exposed to the different aspects of the industry such as training in Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and exposure to roles as a Front Office Manager and as a Duty Manager. My experience has taught me the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing their needs with empathy, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
