I am a quick learner and know that even with my customer / technical service and management background that I will be required to go through a full training course. You will find that I am highly competitive and will pass every section of the training program with flying colors. I am very computer literate and have a great understanding of many software packages so if this is part of my training that would not be an issue for me.

Provide general analytical support for ad hoc projects of the department.

Handles the operation and maintenance of major Electro-Mechanical Equipment (Gensets, pumps, drive motors, PABX cooling system, electronics safety device, water OH pressure tanks).

Prepare inventory reports, conduct research and product / service development.

Attend hands-on training/ technical and trade shows for Electronic circuit designs/ parts knowledge, instrumentation and controls handling and programming.

Listen, analyze and respond to what the customer needs are and how to resolve their issues in accordance with set methodology. Provide guidance or initiate appropriate and qualitative technical services to internal and external customers by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

Resolves problems by clarifying the issues; researching and exploring answers and solutions; implementing solutions and troubleshoots simple or complex issues relating to customers and escalating unresolved problems.

Provide technical support to team members, manage and maintain all computer systems and databases and analyze cost efficiencies in dealing with technical issues.

Conduct meetings and responsible for outsourcing for qualified individual for technical/ field service training once a month to a group of technician and engineers. 

. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and have worked in administrative and customer centric industry for more than fifteen years with a year’s internship too. I understand that due to the sensitive nature of this field that I will be required to pass a full background check and do not have a problem with this.
