Role: Solution Prime aka Business Analyst

Projects – Cloud, GCCAI & ACCI, MS NPI Delivery program 

Responsibilities: - 

Interacted with stakeholders, including technical BAs, to ensure the successful planning, Implementation, and optimization of Cloud-based solutions

Initiation and Monitoring of the process workflow

Assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness with Product Owner and SMEs of migrating services into the cloud. 

Facilitated collaborative sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for Cloud projects. 

Expanded my necessary input on the strategic alignment of Cloud solutions with overall business objectives. 

Conceptualized and maintained the end-to-end process flows representing the organizational flow for all the projects. 

Gathered and elicited the requirements from stakeholders in the form of BRD and USER Stories. 

Boosted support and walkthrough session on using Macros on collaborative tool – Confluence 

Cooperate with SMEs to manage and accommodate the change associated with adopting cloud solutions

 Responsibilities: - 

Worked side-by-side with stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and IT teams, to understand and document business requirements for the automated order fulfillment system.

Analyzed existing order fulfillment processes to identify areas for improvement and automation 

Catalogued the current state and future state workflows to visualize the impact of the new systems.

Created data mapping documents to define how date will flow between internal systems. 

Conducted regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and gather feedback

Experience in integrating different Microsoft BackOffice Components such as SHAREPOINT.

Experience in conducting triage call with QA for aligning the requirement testing to validate the Automated order fulfillment system meets the business requirement.
