Responsibilities: - 

Interacted with stakeholders, including technical BAs, to ensure the successful planning, Implementation, and optimization of Cloud-based solutions

 Responsibilities: - 

Worked side-by-side with stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and IT teams, to understand and document business requirements for the automated order fulfillment system.

Analyzed existing order fulfillment processes to identify areas for improvement and automation 

Catalogued the current state and future state workflows to visualize the impact of the new systems.

Created data mapping documents to define how date will flow between internal systems. 

Conducted regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and gather feedback

Experience in integrating different Microsoft BackOffice Components such as SHAREPOINT.

Experience in conducting triage call with QA for aligning the requirement testing to validate the Automated order fulfillment system meets the business requirement.
