Services offered

I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2002 and worked for a short time before taking time to travel. One of my most valuable life experiences was teaching English as a Second Language in South Korea and travelling throughout Southeast Asia. That is where I developed my love for working with children and teaching. I am now a fully certified teacher with over ten years of experience in Canada.

I specialize in Physical Education, but have taught a variety of subjects throughout my career. Although my passion lies in Elementary PE, I have also taught Secondary PE, Math, Science, Health and Elementary Classroom subjects.

Being a life-long learner, I am always striving to be the best version of myself while helping others achieve their goals. Through close relationships with students, I've intertwined academic learning with character building. I challenge my students to think critically in a collaborate setting and develop their communication skills from day one.

I pride myself on doing the little extras like coaching and providing extra help. These small things make a big difference to the schools, students and families I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me outside in my garden, running, swimming, exercising or playing sports. I enjoy living an active lifestyle with my two sons and husband.
