Experience

I have one year experience face-to-face customer service experience with a familiar business, after I just turned 17 I applied for a US call center company Trisource BPO and I worked from April 2020 to March 2021 doing customer service inbound chat, email and calls, I got promoted to recruiter for a dental company on the US named “Coast Dental”. I stared working on Ibex SA which is a call center company as well from April 2021 to October 2022 doing inbound chat, email and calls as a customer care agent and tech support.
