Experience

Administration, monitoring, and support of Winows servers, with The Xymon Monitor app, thus avoiding possible service interruptions caused by hardware, software, third-party applications, and connectivity.

Supporting and remoting hands with the customer's IT specialists and third-party developers through logs when deploying or troubleshooting applications.

Managing requests from the customer's IT specialist groups with the Service Now solution, as well as analyzing requirements for creating new virtual machines (servers), or deployments of new applications.

Education

Wireless Network Management Technology - in progress
