Responsibilities included arranging business travel, preparing board presentations, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Handled expense reports, oversaw performance reviews, managed memberships and sponsorships, and organized corporate functions and speaking engagements. Acted as the main point of contact for the President’s office and proactively supported all operational needs.
