About Brittany Allardyce:
I bring extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Business Operations, providing high-level support to senior leaders by managing priorities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring alignment across teams. I thrive in fast-paced environments where organization, initiative, and adaptability are essential to keeping leadership focused and effective.
My background spans executive support, calendar and inbox management, stakeholder communications, and operational processes across multiple industries. I’m known as the trusted right hand leaders rely on to anticipate needs, optimize schedules, and bring structure to complex, growing organizations.
At my core, I love creating clarity, efficiency, and momentum so leaders can stay focused on strategy while I handle the details that keep everything moving forward with confidence.
Experience
I am a strategic Executive Assistant and Business Operations professional with over 10 years of experience supporting founders, C-suite leaders, and leadership teams across startups, nonprofit, government, and fast-growth environments. My career has been built around being the right hand to executives, owning the details, anticipating needs, and creating the structure that allows leaders and teams to move faster and with clarity.
I have supported CEOs, CTOs, Product Managers, and engineering teams in high-volume, high-pressure settings, where priorities shift daily and decisions move quickly. I manage complex calendars, travel, inboxes, meetings, and stakeholder communications while also driving operational systems behind the scenes—SOPs, project tracking, hiring coordination, onboarding, CRM workflows, billing and expense tracking, and internal documentation.
In my current role at OraQ AI, a healthtech company, I support both the CEO and CTO, along with the product and development teams. I act as the operational hub between business, engineering, and product—protecting leadership time, coordinating priorities, managing investor and partner communications, organizing product and sprint workflows, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as the company scales.
Previously, at Purpose Forward and other mission-driven organizations, I supported Executive Directors and leadership teams in nonprofit and public-sector environments. I managed board and executive operations, fundraising and grant coordination, HR and hiring processes, event logistics, stakeholder communications, and internal systems—often in lean teams where I wore many hats and built structure from the ground up.
Across every role, I am known for:
Turning chaos into clear systems
Anticipating problems before they happen
Building trust with executives and stakeholders
Bringing calm, organization, and follow-through to fast-moving environments
At my core, I love creating clarity, improving how things run, and being the person leaders rely on to keep everything moving forward.
Education
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Calgary, completed approximately 10 years ago. My studies built a strong foundation in professional writing, stakeholder communication, media strategy, and organizational messaging, skills I now use daily when supporting executives, managing relationships, and coordinating across teams.
