In my current role at SAP AMERICAS, I am gaining hands-on experience on Project Methodologies & Documentation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Staffing & Project Delivery. As a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with 5+ years of experience at Capgemini, I have honed my technical expertise across various modules and integration points, including AP, AR, GL, Banking, Controlling, and Project Systems. I also have working knowledge of ABAP and Integration ERP Platforms.

Through managing large projects at SAP and leading offshore teams for multi-billion dollar clients, I have cultivated a robust skill set encompassing project management, decision-making, client engagement, negotiation, and strategic planning.

• 5+ years of project management plus SAP FICO experience  
• Validate along with Project Managers the SOW’s/ project release plans for all projects that exceed $1.5M. Creating projects in the SAP system (FELIPE, PtD and Mandi) and ensure successful project delivery
• Work with Project Managers on milestones, staffing, budgeting & forecasting to minimize revenue leakage
• Create and Monitor Project success Metrics for cost control & team utilization for Sr. Leadership
• Maintain global reporting of actuals and billing reconciliation for 65 North America SAP projects
• Training, mentoring and hiring new interns
• Led SAP Team to manage Finance issues with Banking interface, OTC, PTP & integration modules within SLA 
• Performed root-cause analysis on production issues & worked on the change management process
• Created design/functional specs & UAT for a $12M implementation project. Onsite work experience as SME to the client in US & Germany. Co-ordinated on maintaining risk register, project success & quality metrics.
• Collaborated with project teams to identify and design process improvements to reduce 150 hours of manual effort per person and was the chief interface between the client and the technical team. 

In December 2023 M.S., completed Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas with GPA 3.91(SummaCumLaude). Was also the valedictorian for the class.  Completed Post graduation in Commerce with business accounting and business management.
