I’m Anna Pabustan, a passionate and dedicated Social Service Worker with a strong foundation in both clinical and community-based settings. My journey began in the Philippines, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and served communities through crisis intervention, medical support, and child protection. Now continuing my education in Toronto, I’m proud to be building on this path through placements that empower youth and families from diverse backgrounds.

What drives me most is creating safe, supportive spaces for people to feel heard, respected, and valued especially newcomers and those navigating challenging transitions. I bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism into every interaction, whether I’m supporting clients through life’s hardships or just offering a kind word at reception.
