I have more than a year of experience working in customer service. While I've had a variety of roles, the position I enjoyed the most is my current role as the operations customer support at a global testing company. I am responsible for facilitating client communication, distributing requests to others and answering questions. I have over a year experience in administrative field with specialization in Client Support Administration. Over the past one year I have gained expertise in crisis management techniques to offer corrective solutions and maximize customer satisfaction along with maintaining high level of client confidentiality. I pride myself in having strong proficiency in written, verbal and non-verbal communication as well as in Office 365 Suite. I have also had the opportunity to coordinate workshops as part of company’s safety meetings, including giving presentations and acting as the moderator for a successful workshop. Apart from all this, I have the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations along with flexibility in helping out in other departments depending on the business needs.
Education
I have a Masters Degree in Science specialized in Zoology from MG University, India and I have a PG Diploma in Biotechnology from Centennial College, Ontario.
