During my professional career at Evalueserve, I served as a Credit Analyst from June 2019 to December 2021. In this role, I conducted comprehensive analysis of various financial products for onshore clients, prepared accurate financial reports, and developed financial models for investment banking teams. Additionally, I took on leadership responsibilities, managing a team of 4-5 individuals and leading training and mentoring initiatives.

From January 2022 to August 2022, I advanced to the position of Senior Business Analyst. Here, I supported the Investment Banking teams by conducting quantitative analysis and industry research, resulting in improved deal screening efficiency by 20%-30%. I collaborated on live M&A deals, contributed to target/buyer company selection, and identified new investment opportunities while performing equity analysis. Moreover, I excelled in project management, effectively managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports. Playing a key role in the month-end reporting and close process, I ensured a high reconciliation accuracy rate of 98% and facilitated smooth financial operations. Overall, my career has been characterized by thorough financial analysis, risk evaluation, and the development of strategic solutions.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services from Fanshawe College, with a GPA of 3.32. My studies focused on Pension Plans, Group Benefits to Employees, P&C & Life Insurance, and investment/retirement arrangements. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Delhi. 

As a participant in the CFA® Program, I completed Level 2 and gained advanced knowledge in financial analysis and investment management. I am proficient in interpreting financial data, assessing risks, and making informed investment recommendations. Additionally, I successfully completed Exam 1 of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®).
