As a co-founder and VP Operations for 8 years, and as a Managing Director for 2 years, I was dedicated to building strong systems and processes aimed at increasing member retention and productivity, as well as restructuring current, and growing additional streams of company revenue. As Agency Executive officer, I excelled at balancing the dichotomous relationship required to support over 200 independent contractors in their personal business development, as well as manage their professional compliance within the parameters set by the industry’s regulatory body.

I started off my academic career with a heavy interest in International Politics and while my choice for undergraduate studies represented that passion, I opted to follow an unheralded path for my career: building a real estate business. 

Since then, I have completed certifications in Residential Real Estate Brokerage and Agency Executive Officer and have begun the application process for a graduate degree in business administration (MBA).
