- Conducted KYC Outreach program to onboard existing Localcoin users onto our PreferredMembership Tier which would allow customers to increase their daily and annual cryptocurrency spendlimit.

- Developed an automated and streamlined text messaging system allowing applications to come inoutside of work hours resulting in an 80% increase in daily applications.

- Automated various aspects of the onboarding system resulting 50% less manual reviews.

- Provided valuable insights on customer interactions and behaviour that allowed for better decision-making for the Regulatory Compliance Team. Insights led to the removal of bad actors from theLocalcoin platform and increased security protocols and limits.

- Made at least 150 outbound calls via a dialer to Bell customers that have either cancelled theirservices or only have one line of business with the company.

- Was the top representative in Ontario for July 2020 for the Sales Per 100 calls metric.

- Was in the top 90th percentile of representatives in Ontario for the Sales Per Hour Metric in July 2020.

- Showed adaptability by taking on a Customer Service Role at the onset of COVID-19 Lockdowns.

- Coached others on the team on how to overcome certain customer objections.
