Anthony Sarauz Aguilar

My name Is Anthony Sarauz Aguilar and I am currently pursuing a dual degree in mechatronics and artificial intelligence engineering at western university in Ontario. I am currently in my second year and I have developed knowledge of the fundamental theories in engineering in fields such as dynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer and thermodynamics. I grew up in a small town called Port Elgin playing many different sports along with volunteering at sports camps.

I've had 3 jobs since starting high school. I worked at Mary Brown's chicken for a year starting at 2017. I handled credit, debit and cash transaction along with kitchen duties.

In 2019 I started my second job as a merchandiser at Shoppers Drug Mart. I worked here until 2021 when I went off to university. At this position I provided customer service, unloaded trucks and stocked shelves.

In 2022 I started my third job a a summer parks and recreation crew member at the municipality of Port Elgin. At this position I did many different tasks such as changing in town garbage disposals, weed waking, raking, landfill dumps and many other laboring tasks.

Currently I am at western university taking a dual degree in mechatronics and artificial intelligence engineering. I am currently in my second year with an overall 3.8 GPA average. Furthermore in my first year I was awarded the dean's honors list award.
