A postgraduate student in Human Resources where I have gained a strong foundation in HR principles and practices, including employee relations, talent management, and labor laws. I am currently a Recruitment Intern, where I am gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates. A highly organized and hard-working individual who can work well in a fast paced environment. Through my education and past roles, I have developed excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of how to effectively support a diverse workforce. In my future HR career, I hope to use my skills and knowledge to help organizations attract, retain, and develop top talent as I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
